Female entrepreneurs: Join our BlueYard CEO Workshop with Reboot’s Jerry Colonna (APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED)

One of the hardest things for us is to witness the tough ups & downs of the entrepreneurial journey — while realising there is only so much we can do to support from the sidelines. One of the most effective ways we can help however is by creating a tight bond between BlueYard founders and CEOs — and to create a network of folks willing to share knowledge, best practises and to simply help each other out.
The other thing that is on our mind is despite the fact that entrepreneurial talent is equally distributed across all races and genders — participation and opportunity is not. In this light we want to be particularly encouraging of increasing and supporting a growing % of female entrepreneurs.
We have therefore reserved 5 additional slots for female entrepreneurs and CEOs outside of the BlueYard portfolio to join us at our inaugural BlueYard CEO leadership workshop on November 5th and 6th in Berlin. We are teaming up with one of the best founder coaches out there — Jerry Colonna from Reboot. Jerry is going to run the workshop and will also help to tailor / prepare the experience for you. Besides coming away with new tools and know-how, we also hope you will walk away with more allies on your entrepreneurial journey ahead.
This workshop will allow you to immerse yourself in the complexity and vulnerability of being a leader and founder, in the company of other CEOs from the BlueYard portfolio and wider BlueYard network. Jerry’s workshops blend practical skills, radical self inquiry and shared experiences to enhance leadership and resiliency. You will leave with greater awareness of your leadership habits, as well as strategies for being the leader you want to be and a network of peers you can rely on.
We will begin with a group dinner with Jerry on November 5th. The evening will give you a chance to get to know other participants, and there will also be a fireside chat or similar with Jerry. The workshop takes place on Wednesday the 6th November, comprising of a full day of seminars, group work, and personal development, ending with a closing dinner. BlueYard is covering all expenses related to the workshop; you will only need to organize your travel and accommodation in Berlin. To ensure you get the best out of the day, this event will be invite-only and limited to the BlueYard CEOs and selected external participants.
